Officially a rosé, this wine endured significant oxidation through acetification into vinegar and barrel aging. The end result is a deeply tawny porto flavor balancing the crisp grapes. This is an excellent wine vinegar that fits in your pantry somewhere between a red and white, as the name suggests. This sprightly little bottle would do equally well standing up to a fruity summer salad or deglazing a pan for a nice buttery sauce for chicken or mushrooms.
