Our maple vinegar starts and ends with Dark Grade B Pennsylvania maple syrup: imagine the syrupy, rich flavor with none of the sweetness. This is a great vinegar to use in warm vinaigrettes or reductions, or in baking (check out recipes for vinegar pie or Amish Raisin- custard pie…). We age our maple vinegar in oak barrels for at least a year- resulting in a beautifully amber colored vinegar, with a great texture and concentration. About to become your secret ingredient.

Please note, bottles are marked “Refrigerate After Opening”. The vinegar will never spoil at room temperature, but the probiotics it contains will create a raft that floats in the bottle. Please keep the vinegar in cold storage to avoid the inconvenience.
