Our Meritage red wine vinegar is a Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Merlot and Malbec grapes, all grown in Maryland. This results in a bright, smooth vinegar, rich with mature black fruit flavors- blackberries and plums.
